leading futurist from Kirkland, Washington, has broad experience as an international speaker and consultant. He is the founder and CEO of Futurist.com, the number one portal to the future on the Web. Glen’s work as a futurist is widely known and respected and he is frequently invited by members of the U.S. Congress to address state conferences focused on the future.

Glen provides keynote speaking and consultation on future planning for enterprises in computing, telecommunications, aerospace, energy, transportation, financial services, human services, and health care. Past clients include Adobe Systems, Attachmate, Boeing, Northern Telecom, Burlington Northern, Weyerhaeuser, Hewlett Packard, Regence, Ernst & Young, PaineWebber, and Atlanta Vision 2020.

Glen is the co-author of Strategic Leadership: Achieving Your Preferred Future. Prior to going into business, Glen was an award-winning educator, selected Most Influential Professor at Whitworth College. In 1989 Glen served as the Washington State Centennial Futurist. In the early 1990’s Glen was a founding board member of a virtual reality start-up company. Glen is a Visiting Scholar at the Human Interface Technology Lab at the University of Washington, which works on virtual and augmented reality technology.
