Ricketts, President, IDL Group, Inc. 9:15 am 9:45 am Objectives:
Background: Two major forces global competition and rapid technological advances have profoundly changed, and will continue to change, the nature and content of work. Sustainable competitive advantage is no longer based on technology or capital equipment, "People are our most important advantage." Many organizations are giving more responsibility to workers, who have been asked to do more with less, often for less. While there are many uncertainties, a highly skilled, well-educated workforce will be the number one requirement for success. Interactive satellite delivery is a key strategy of the IDL Group Partners to meet these challenges of creating a high performance workforce. Technique: Officers and board members from the IDL Group will present an overview of the organization and the impact of its programs on their respective companies.
